the food was amazing!!! a variety of restaurants provided great options. i especially liked the fresh omelettes available for breakfast. the staff were very nice, showing attentiveness from the managers to the cleaners.
the room was smaller than i expected based on the photos. i could hear a lot of noise above us, like people moving furniture. i told the reception about it several times, but it continued.

I really liked that the staff demonstrated great hospitality from start to finish. The front desk provided a friendly welcome. They upgraded us to a room with a fantastic sea view. The food options included delicious vegetarian choices. I also enjoyed the convenience of the beach being so close. The hotel ensured a seamless and relaxing experience for everyone.
I noticed that the poolside loungers needed some updating.

The staff were helpful even before arrival answering questions via whatsapp. They booked onsite restaurants for us. the food was great across the board including at the buffet. our room was perfect for our family with teens because it was on the ground floor near the activity pool. i highly recommend agreco farm for dinner, the white, and asia white.
